For the last 10 years we have delivered thousands of internal doors, external bifolds, solid oak flooring, vinyl flooring and so much more, we use the best packaging material to wrap our products properly before they are sent out.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery means orders will be dispatched and delivered within 5-7 working days. All deliveries are subject to stock availability. The day prior to delivery you will contacted by our courier to book you in for delivery, please ensure you provide a telephone number you can be contacted, alternatively you can call us prior to ordering to check we can deliver on your preferred date.

Next Day Delivery
Doors2Floors can offer an express delivery service on most products with goods being delivered on a next working day basis between the hours of 8am-6pm. This will be dependent on supplier cut off times. Next day delivery is only applicable Monday to Friday. Not available on orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Timed Delivery / Specific Day Delivery

Delivery costs are worked out automatically at checkout, you can also call us, email us or speak to us on live chat, one of our sales team will work out the best and cheapest way to deliver your order.

Arrangements can be made for International deliveries or to Dublin & N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey, Outer Hebrides & Shetland, Isle Of Wight.

Collecting from our store or warehouse is EASY and FREE. Just add the items you require into your basket then at the end choose the collect in store option. We will then contact you let you know when your order is available for collection. When collecting the items you will have to bring your confirmation email, along with a valid form of ID. Drivers licence or passport are both acceptable. You can also choose to pay cash on collection.

As much as we would love to, we are unable to offer an exact time for delivery due to various factors. When you are booked in for delivery the day before, you will be given a rough indication on when delivery will take place, please do not take this as an exact time of delivery. Deliveries take place between 8:00am & and 6:00pm Monday - Friday. If we have arranged in prior for timed or a specific day delivery this will be any day 3 days after the order has been made. This rule can also apply to any collections that are made.

Deliveries may take place on large vehicles therefore it is very important you let us know if there are likely to be any issues with delivery in the rare event of non deliveries you will be liable for delivery costs.

For insurance purposes we are unable to guarantee that delivery will be made directly inside your property, this is entirely up to the drivers discretion. Please not doors and flooring are heavy and bulky items therefore we recommend help is available to take the doors and flooring indoors.Once the goods are offloaded the courier will allow you to inspect and check the goods, drivers are usually allowed 15-20 minutes before they need to leave. 

It is very important to check all the packaging when offloading for any visual damage, on a rare instance you receive damaged goods ot items are missing, please make sure this has been noted on the couriers paperwork. We also strongly suggest you contact us directly as soon as possible to make us aware of the issue. We allow you to report damages for 24 hours after delivery, thereafter we wont be responsible for any damages.
